Crepes with cottage cheese – a pure addiction!
1 level teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
frying oil
icing sugar for sprinkling
Preparation:
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or blend it until you obtain a smooth texture.
Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix until smooth.
Pour in the milk, add the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, and mix well – the batter should be thick but runny.
Heat a pan with a little oil.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan, forming small pancakes.
Fry over medium heat on both sides until the top is golden brown and soft.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve immediately.
