Crepes with cottage cheese – a pure addiction!

Perfect chops can be obtained from meat cut with a knife, although using a meat grinder greatly facilitates the process.

For minced meat, it is recommended to use two types of meat: a fatty meat, for example pork, and a lean meat, for example   beef  or chicken.

Spices are added to the minced meat prepared in this way, including the essential black pepper, as well as others according to taste.

It is important not to add salt at this time, as it absorbs moisture and can dry out the chops.
