4. Final Cooking
Return the mixture to medium heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Test for doneness: a drop placed on a cold plate should set.
5. Potting
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars. Screw on tightly, turn upside down for 5 minutes, then turn right side up to cool.
