How to kill a sinus infection in minutes with apple cider vinegar!

Apple cider vinegar for sinus allergies

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of room temperature water
  • 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey (or manuka honey)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (as much as you can tolerate) – this is a key ingredient.
  • The juice of a lemon wedge (optional but recommended)

Note:  You can buy apple cider vinegar in powder form (capsules) which can be helpful for the many ailments that apple cider vinegar can treat, although it is not as potent as in its liquid form.

Instructions for use

  • Mix all these ingredients in a glass.
  • Stir well and drink the hot mixture in small sips until the ailment disappears.
  • You can also use this mixture (without the honey) as a gargle to speed up your healing.

For how long should I drink it?

Each serving of the above recipe provides sinus relief for several hours. You can safely drink it once or twice a day, or as needed. You'll feel a difference within seconds or minutes of drinking it—that's how powerful it is!

Gradually increase the dose according to the severity of your sinusitis.

This concoction not only relieves congestion by breaking down mucus, but it also heals. By drinking it daily, you may feel like your sinusitis will clear up. Afterward, you can omit the cayenne pepper and drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar daily with a glass of water for maintenance.

Cayenne pepper is the key ingredient that makes this drink effective. If you can't tolerate the heat of chili peppers, use a smaller amount; it will still help.
