1- Pour the condensed milk, condensed milk and cocoa powder into a blender.
2- Start mixing at the lowest speed and add the vanilla extract, whisky, and cold coffee. Mix at the highest speed for a maximum of 2 minutes.
3- Pour the entire mixture into a bottle (with a lid if possible) and leave it there for a few hours.
4- And you're ready to enjoy a creamy iced coffee and homemade liqueur at any time of day!
