Ingredients:
1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
½ teaspoon baking soda
A few drops of water or coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Peel and grate or crush the ginger until you get about 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger pulp or juice.
2️⃣ Mix it with ½ teaspoon of baking soda in a small bowl.
3️⃣ Add a few drops of water (or coconut oil if you want extra antibacterial power) to make a smooth paste.
4️⃣ Dip your toothbrush into the paste and brush gently for about 2 minutes.
5️⃣ Rinse well with warm water, then brush with your regular toothpaste.
⚠️ Tips for Best Results
Use 1–2 times per week — not daily, since baking soda is mildly abrasive.
Don’t swallow the mixture.
Always rinse thoroughly afterward.
You can store the mixture in the fridge for up to 3 days, but it’s best used fresh.
