"What?" asked Sophie, wiping her eyes.
"Where do you live, darling?" I asked.
"Do you want to... Do you want to come to me?" she asked slowly.

Ryan's face darkened.
"I will go with you," he said.
"Me too," said Sophie. "I'm so sorry."
