Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a second bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a smooth batter
forms. Gently fold in
the diced apples and pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for approximately 35–40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
