Ingredients :
1 lemon
, 1 cucumber,
1 tablespoon of ginger,
1 tablespoon of aloe vera juice,
a bunch of parsley or cilantro,
120 ml of water.
Preparation and consumption:
Take a clean blender.
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and place them in the blender.
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger.
Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender.
Add a bunch of parsley or cilantro.
Add half a glass of water.
Blend well to prepare this drink.
Drink this juice every night before going to bed.
