Simple Hot Chocolate Boost
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm milk (any type: almond, oat, coconut, cow’s milk)
- 2 small pieces of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp honey (optional, after it cools a little)
Instructions:
- Heat the milk until warm (not boiling).
- Add the 2 pieces of dark chocolate and stir until fully melted.
- Let it cool for 1–2 minutes.
- Add the honey if you prefer it sweeter.
- Enjoy a healthier, gentler way to consume dark chocolate!

- choose 70% cocoa or higher for real health benefits
